Please VERIFY that Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) are provided on your spouse and children. A missing SSN or DOB will prevent some claims from processing.***

You may make changes to your personal, spouse and dependent children demographic information, and you may view your benefit elections for the 2011-2012 plan year. Please contact Rooney to request changes for covered members or coverage.
